The 37.27 sq.m. extension was designed as a contemporary and self-contained residence, maintaining a direct yet distinct relationship with the existing building. A key objective was to integrate the new addition harmoniously into the existing structure through its form, proportions and material palette, while at the same time establishing a contemporary and independent identity.<\/p>\n
The residence is organized as a compact and functional layout comprising a living room with kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, while the independent entrance reinforces its autonomous character. Particular emphasis was placed on making the most of every square meter and incorporating functional solutions that ensure comfort and practicality.<\/p>\n
The selection of materials and colour combinations creates a contemporary and youthful aesthetic, with an emphasis on warmth and spatial clarity.<\/p>\n
