In the center of the city of Volos we are asked to reduce the energy requirement and consumption of a ground floor apartment as well as to remodel its interior space by changing its layout and decoration. The apartment is intended to be used for short-term rental housing (Airbnb) and is arranged so that it can accommodate up to 6 people. The construction philosophy is to create a warm and cozy space, with fewer partitions, in earth tones
