The new project 3R (Reclaim, Rebrace, Recount), located on the 5th floor of 150 K. Kartali Street, in the center of Volos, is a complete renovation, with the aim of housing the new offices of R DEC Design Construction E.E. . The renovation includes a radical redesign of the space, with an emphasis on both spatial organization and energy efficiency, to create a modern and dynamic work environment that encourages continuous flow and synergy in the design process.

In the center of Volos, on Koumoundourou Street 50 m from the shops of Agios Nikolaos, we were asked to remodel a 30 sq.m. studio apartment. with the aim of exploiting it as a short-term rental residence. The main objective of the design was the flexibility and configuration of the space to offer a comfortable and at the same time functional and aesthetically beautiful use.
