SSR
The intervention in the traditional two-storey house in Argalasti Pelion aims at the harmonious connection between the authentic local architecture and modern living needs. Maintaining the basic characteristics of the traditional style of the area, such as the roof, stone and wooden frames, the intervention aims to highlight the interior spaces.
3R Project
The new project 3R (Reclaim, Rebrace, Recount), located on the 5th floor of 150 K. Kartali Street, in the center of Volos, is a complete renovation, with the aim of housing the new offices of R DEC Design Construction E.E. . The renovation includes a radical redesign of the space, with an emphasis on both spatial organization and energy efficiency, to create a modern and dynamic work environment that encourages continuous flow and synergy in the design process.
Open Space Studio
An open studio accommodation that combines functionality and a guest’s daily needs. The 20 square meter guest house is designed with efficiency and elegance in mind.
2089 cm
The ground floor apartment located in the area of Peristeri in Attica is a proposal of functionality for a family with modern requirements. The main axis of the design was the distribution and location of storage spaces throughout the apartment occupying 12.53 m2 in a way that does not hinder the functional needs of the tenants.
Accommodation Calendar
In the settlement of Agia Kyriaki in Trikeri of Magnesia, a study is being carried out for the total renovation and utilization of 112.14 square meters of the first floor in an existing two-storey building, with the aim of creating accommodation units for temporary residence for the purpose of tourist exploitation.
Flexible Limits
On the island of Skopelos, the renovation study of an existing 3-level residence (ground floor, first and second floor) of 85 sq.m., a typical example of the island’s traditional architecture, is being carried out, with the aim of short-term tourist service. The main goal of the design was the flexibility and the configuration of spaces that will offer a comfortable and at the same time functional use with a design tool flexible boundaries (internal dividers).
Renovation of a studio apartment in the center of Volos
In the center of Volos, on Koumoundourou Street 50 m from the shops of Agios Nikolaos, we were asked to remodel a 30 sq.m. studio apartment. with the aim of exploiting it as a short-term rental residence. The main objective of the design was the flexibility and configuration of the space to offer a comfortable and at the same time functional and aesthetically beautiful use.
Renovation/Remodeling of an old stone building (addition)
In the seaside settlement of South Pelion, Afissos, it is proposed to remodel an existing stone house and later add it to short-term residences of a tourist facility.
The main objective of the design was the flexibility and configuration of spaces that would offer a comfortable and at the same time functional use.

The main objective of the design was the flexibility and configuration of spaces that would offer a comfortable and at the same time functional use.
